This is the first phase of the South Hoi An Integrated Casino Resort, which costs $4 billion and is located in the central part of Guangnan Province, near Da Nang City. The first phase of the project covers an area of 163 hectares with a total investment of 500 million US dollars, and will construct international standard 18 hole golf courses, resorts, shopping centers and other infrastructure.
