FAN39-Y centrifugal boiler induced draft fan

FAN39-Y centrifugal boiler induced draft fan (hereinafter referred to as the fan) is a specially designed centrifugal ventilation fan for single suction high-temperature boilers (kilns) with advanced technology independently developed by our company. The fan has superior performance, compact structure, and easy installation and maintenance, and can be widely used for the supply and induced draft of boilers (kilns) in industrial and mining enterprises.

Full pressure range: 1882-5344pa

The fan transmission system is structurally equipped with D-type and a small number of C-type structures;

The fan specifications range from 4 to 16, with a total of 13 machine numbers;

The fan outlet can be made into seven standard angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, 225 °, and 270 °.

FAN39-Y boiler induced draft fan is used in the ventilation system of industrial boilers that burn various media and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. It can be used for any boiler with similar inlet conditions and suitable performance.

The parameters in the fan performance table for fans No4 to No6.3 are calculated based on the flue gas medium at gas temperature t=220 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa=101325Pa, and gas density p=0.713kg/m ³. Fans No7.1 to No16 are calculated based on the flue gas medium at gas temperature t=200 ℃, atmospheric pressure Pa=101325Pa, and gas density p=0.745kg/m ³.

The parameters of this fan have been converted based on a temperature of 250 degrees. If there are other different operating conditions, please convert according to the state formula specified on page five.

Fan structure:

Impeller group:

The impeller is a long and short forward curved O-shaped blade, made of Q345 (16Mn) material, welded between the arc-shaped conical wheel cover and the flat plate disc, and calibrated for dynamic balance. Therefore, it has a balanced operation, high strength and wear resistance, and a long service life.

Chassis group:

The casing is a logarithmic spiral structure, welded from high-quality steel plates. The surface of the product is treated with acid pickling, phosphating or shot blasting, and then coated with plastic powder or paint.

The motor or bearing box bracket structure of each transmission mode of the fan has been optimized and designed, welded together with the casing, with a beautiful appearance, easy disassembly, and sturdy structure.

From 1600 to 2000, the upper and lower Haff structures are made along the split surface. When installation and transportation are restricted, it must be specified when ordering. The casing can be made into a structure that meets special requirements.

Fan collector department:

It has a nozzle shaped curve, which is formed by integral spinning and integrated with the inlet ring, making it convenient for users to connect pipelines.

Transmission group:

The transmission part adopts a bearing box manufactured by CNC precision machine tool integral boring and cutting, and consists of bearings, spindle, and three components

Composed of corner belt (coupling) transmission system, etc. Optional domestic/imported bearings and oil (grease) lubrication are available. The spindle is made of 45 # high-quality carbon steel that has been precision machined after quenching and tempering, and has sufficient safety and fatigue resistance in design.

The fan is equipped with high-quality European standard cone sleeve pulleys for easy maintenance and upkeep (the triangular belt can be optionally equipped with imported brand tapes such as Samsung according to the requirements).

The series chassis is welded with steel sections and equipped with spring or rubber shock absorbers for seismic isolation design. The external structure is solid, compact and reliable
