The IPP3 three fuel power plant is designed with natural gas and heavy fuel oil (HFO) as the main fuels, and light fuel oil (HFO) as the backup fuel. The total installed capacity of the power plant is 573 megawatts, making it the largest internal combustion engine power plant in the world.
